Greetings from the University of Vaasa – a university with heart!
We would like to cordially invite you to the Staff Week Mobility on our campus in Vaasa, Finland, between 20-23 March, 2023. The International Staff week program is specifically designed for academic and non-academic staff in the fields of:
* Engineering/Energy * Business/Economics* IRO (International Relations Office) staff + mobility coordinators
Please find the attached documents with the Invitation Letter and visit programme for more information.
There is no fee to our visit programme, we welcome you as our guests when you are here. If you or members of your staff will benefit from Erasmus+ funding or other source in order to cover for the travel and accommodation expenses (which we can’t offer), we can sign the Mobility Agreements for that purpose.
In order to participate in the International Week, we kindly ask you to fill out the Application Form no later than 19 February since the hotel rooms should be booked by then due to the high peak week. However, if you are able to book a room later on and could inform us in advance, you are still welcome!
Should you need any additional information, we are happy to provide you with.
