On June 19, 2018, the GNERC presented an innovative project of service quality monitoring - "Electronic Magazine". This program provides real-time monitoring of the performance of commercial quality standards of service by the distribution companies operating in the energy and water sectors.
By means of "electronic journal", the amount of compensations paid to subscribers by the distribution companies exceeded GEL 2 million for the violation of standards in the period from January 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018.
