Business trip of Tamar Kajaia, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Business Technologies

Associate Professor of the Faculty of Business Technologies Tamar Kajaia, from the Georgian Technical University, as a result of the Erasmus + Credit Mobility International Mobility Project competition on March 21, 2023, was invited to Kauno Kolegija Higher Education Institution (Kaunas, Lithuania) for the spring semester of the 2022/2023 academic year (08.05.2023-12.05.2023) to carry out academic activities.

Within the framework of the project, Tamar Kajaia delivered lectures on current topics of "Human Resource Management". At the request of the host organization, she made a presentation about Georgian Technical University. Also participated in the international conference planned by the university.

The visit took place in an atmosphere of friendly cooperation and active support from the participants of the Kauno Kolegija Higher Education Institution.

The best practices and experiences of the university were shared within the framework of this project.
