Student from Spain at the Faculty of Business Technologies

López-Cepero Tornero Carlos, a student from Spain, is studying at the Faculty of Business Technologies in frame of Erasmusexchange Master's program of Business Administration in English. He shares his first impressions of studying and living in Georgia.

Hi everyone!

My name is Carlos, I am an economics student from Alcalá de Henares university in Madrid, it is a small city very close to the capital.

I decided Georgia for my Erasmus destination because I was very curious for knowing your country, your culture and the gastronomy. Also I find very interesting your idiom as well as the country you have been working and developing.

I have been here for a month and my experience is being really good, when I arrived the first thing I can appreciate was the buildings which are seen old and not very well preserved but the following days I started visit really beautiful places and falling in love with your city.

My experience in GTU is better than I thought it will be. From the first day I had a lot of colleagues trying to help me in the apartment searching. Also professors and coordinators making sure that everything is going well for me, helping me with the faculty and showing how everything works here.

I am very grateful for all the care I have received, being abroad and very far from home sometimes can be difficult but you make it really easy, Thank you.

Nowadays I am organising some trips around Georgia because I want to visit Batumi, some historical villages and little part of your mountains of course.

Thank you for reading me and I hope that one day I can return to one of you who decides to come to Madrid all the loved received.
