Success of a PhD student of the Faculty of Business Technologies

Giorgi Agirbaia, PhD student in Public Administration at the Faculty of Business Technologies, GTU, during the spring semester of the 2020-2021 academic year under the Erasmus + PhD exchange program was in Madrid, Spain where he studied under the leadership of the University of Alcala (Universidad de Alcalá). The study included a number of meetings with heads and officials of local and regional governments, heads of digital transformation departments to explore the process of digital transformation in public administration and the progress of reforms, as well as best examples and practices.
