Applicants must apply for consent from February 23 to March 23 according to the attached consent form (Annex 1)
Information on applicants shall be provided to the Civil Service Bureau by March 31 in accordance with Annex 2
Applicants must be an undergraduate (the 4th form), graduate or doctoral student with a high academic achievement (GPA - at least 3.0 or at least "B (81-90%) level); or a graduate if they completed their education no more than 2 years earlier.
