Information on registration deadlines, mobility application and documentation

Enrolled students should send Application   (see the form here https://gtu.ge/pdf/gancxadeba_doq_2021.pdf) And required documentation (see list here https://gtu.ge/pdf/dokumentacia_doq_2021.pdf ) to e-mail address of the GTU Department of Doctorate - doctorate@gtu.ge from 12 to 15 February 2021, 17.00

The order on enrollment will be issued no later than March 1, 2021.

The student enrolled in mobility will sign an academic and financial agreement with the relevant faculty of the Georgian Technical University after the issuance of the order (from March 1, 2021).

After the signing the contract, the student must submit a personal file and a receipt confirming the tuition fee for one semester (1125 GEL).
