On February 27-28, 2020, in collaboration with GTU Innovation Center and Professional Development Center, the Training Courseof Innovative Pedagogy Development:             "The Method of Active Learning in the Flipped Classroom and Open Educational Resources (OER) in Innovative Pedagogy" was held. The training was aimed promoting and developing innovative pedagogy in GTU, encouraging the introduction of innovative teaching / learning methods, and thus providing additional opportunities for the professional development of professors.
The training was attended by the professors of the Faculty of Business Technologies, who were actively involved in various types of group and individual activities. In the course of the training, they learned theoretical and practical issues,which are relevant to innovative pedagogy and active learning, such as active learning strategies, the system of interacting with audiences sli.do; the essence, importance and role of open education; Also the importance, importance, strengths and weaknesses of open educational resources, etc .; Principles of Creating Open Educational Resources and the Function and Signs of Open License, in particular Creative Commoms. During the training many activities were carried out;at the end of the training the participants were awarded with certificates.
