 Business trip report
The 4th International Congress and Exhibition on Public Health, Epidemiology and Nutrition was held in Miami, Florida, USA, September 19-20, 2019. Topic of the congress “ the Future Challenges of Health Care and Disease Prevention”. Associate Professor Manana Vasadze has been invited by the Scientific Committee to take part in the Congress as a speaker of the paper "Prospects for the Development of Gastronomic Tourism in Georgia." The presentation was very interesting for the audience. Practically Georgia has been represented as a tourist destination in the gastronomic sense.
The presentation was highly endorsed in a letter of congratulation sent by the Executive Committee of the Congress to Rector of GTU Archil Prangishvili and the Dean of the Business Technologies Faculty, Ms. Rusudan Kutateladze.
The next 5th Congress of Tourism Representatives is planned to take place on September 17-18, 2020 in Vancouver, Canada. GTU is already in the list of participants of the Congress.
