The Role of the Universities in Regional Development Policy Process
The presentation of the research: The Role of the Universities in the Regional Development Policy Process will be held on Tuesday, September 24, at the Hotel ”Holiday Inn” (address: May 26 Square 1, Tbilisi).
The first part of the event will be dedicated to the presentation of the research: “Involvement of Civil Actors in the Regional Policy Process”. The study analyzes the practice of involvement of civil society actors: civil society organizations, businesses and the universities in policy making in Georgia.
The second part of the meeting will focus on the challenges posed by the universities in the process of developing applied research, ways of responding to them, and discussing prospects for collaboration.
