On May 24, 2019, German lawyer, Doctor Gotherhard Steiner, delivered a lecture on "European Real Estate Development" at the Faculty of Business Technologies of GTU.
Dr. Steiner noted that housing issues are now the highest in Germany and are prioritized. Residential spaces are available in Germany compared to office spaces (except in Munich, one of the most expensive cities of Europe). Doctor Steiner analyzed the question - to rent or to buy the property? He noted that the ownership of the house is considered to be a luxury item and so many people are forced to rent a residential apartment (especially young people).
The undergraduate students and professors of the faculty of Business Technologies of GTU attended the lecture. The lecture earned great appreciation of the students and professors. At the end of the lecture, a discussion was held.
