Course of Conservation and Management in Cultural Heritage

03-06-2019 Business technologies Faculty students in fields related to cultural heritage management and conservation issues from all universities and centres of high-learning enrolled YOCOCU Course of Conservation and Management in Cultural Heritage in 20-24 May, 2019 – Tbilisi/Samshvilde

The Course was organized by YOCOCU and the University of Georgia (UG) with the support of the National Agency for Cultural heritage Preservation of Georgia and the Embassy of Italy in Georgia with financial support of the Businesstechnologies Faculty the students represent a good mix from distinct disciplines and institutions. The working language of the course was English.

Ana Gotsiridze and Sandro Totladze, Business Technologies faculty students of "Hotel Services" educational program participated in the training. Six students from Faculty of Engineering Economics, Media Technologies and Social Sciences also participated in the above mentioned training course. All the students completed 80% of assistance of the course and, received a certificate. In addition to the certificates, the students were awarded 50% discounts for participation in the YOCOCU-2020 Tbilisi Conference.

GTU students have been granted special thanks from the YOCOCU 2020 and, International Archaeological Center Chairman, Davit Berikashvili.
Our congratulations to all of the students participating in the training program. Wish them success in the coming Pan-European Forum, which will be held in Tbilisi in 2020 and dedicated to the protection, conservation and promotion of cultural heritage.
