07/25/2022 The National Ph.D. on Public Administration, coordinated by the University of Salento, sees the participation of the University of Ferrara in partnership with the University of Foggia, the University of Naples Parthenope, the University of Rome La Sapienza, the University of Brescia, the University of Molise, the University of Venice Ca 'Foscari.

The National Doctorate in “Regulation, Management and Law of Public Sector Organizations” intends formation of new scientific and professional skills regarding the modern challenges that are called as public administrations, by offering 33 scholarships financed through PNRR and other dedicated funding.

The six scientific paths that enrich the Ph.D. are as following:

1) "Public Value": curriculum aimed at studying the issues on the "Public Value" of the public administration employees, in order to develop economic, managerial and legal skills, as well as the ability of the analysis of the potential of social as tools for public communication and citizen engagement;

2) "Accountability and sustainability of the P.A.": Path aimed at the development of professional skills supporting the processes of measurement and reporting economic, environmental and social performance of the employees in the P.A.;

3) "Ecological, energetic and digital transition of P.A.": curriculum aimed at developing specialist skills on the issues of the various transitions affecting public organizations today;

4) "Territorial governance and development planning": path on the rethinking - in a multidisciplinary key - of territorial planning and programming systems, aimed at the best guarantee of social cohesion;

5) "Public grant and euro planning in the P.A.": curriculum specifically aimed at increasing the capacity to intercept financing and develop innovative project ideas in the public administration;

6) "Management of health and welfare": path aimed at investigating changes in corporate and legal health and welfare policies and ecosystems at different territorial levels of government.
