Logistics Department under the Logistic German Bachelor Program launched a joint project with Heidelberg Cement, which optimizes the logistical processes of cement production in Kaspi. The project will be developed by program students under the guidance of German and Georgian instructors. The students will study the existing processes and develop the decisions to improve the processes. The project will use modern approaches associated with modeling of traffic flows and logistics processes. In the beginning of next year the winner group of students will be awarded by Heidelberg Cement.
